Dr Jones is very careful to explain what he will be doing, why, and what can be expected as a result. He has a positive outlook, and inspires confidence that hings will turn out as predicted. He also goes to some trouble to explain what post-operative drugs will be used, why, and the side effects that can be expected.

I was very anxious about my surgery, a total knee replacement. The first phone meeting with Dr Jones really helped calm me. He absolutely understood what I was talking about and how I felt almost like talking to a old friend. I didn't feel silly explaining my feelings and worries, he totally explained what he was going to do and how it would plan out and what to expect. On the day of the surgery he reiterated what was going to happen. He knew I was still anxious but he was there to help me through and he was completely right everything went how he said, I had no pain and no stress. I would like to take this opportunity to tell anyone who is about to have surgery if you are lucky enough to have Dr Jones dont worry he is right it will be ok.

I was blown away from the moment I enter this hospital at the high level of care an treatment that I received during my stay every member of staff was so caring and put me at ease every one took the time to stop an speak to me also every person involved with my operation came and spoke to me answered all my questions that I had before my operation which really helped me relax
